No more improvising the workflow per client. publyc brings the whole job into one calm, intelligent workspace, so more clients stops meaning more chaos.

What working with publyc looks like.

Onboarding & calls.

Walk into every call already briefed. publyc researches the client, records and transcribes live, and answers your questions mid-call with everything known up to that minute. You build the content strategy together with the client before they hang up.

Client communication.

No app, no login, no new habit for your client. They text like they text anyone; your assistant captures every idea, answers in your brand's voice, and knows when to stay quiet and hand over to you.

countless hours chasing clients & juggling WhatsApp threads

Posts that sound like each client.

A writing engine that knows LinkedIn and knows your client: full context, live research, checked claims, true feed preview. Nothing generic survives, because nothing generic gets past you.

Visuals in their style.

Drop in the client's website or brand guide once. From then on, images, graphics, and carousels come out in their colors, their type, their style. On-brand by default, no design round.

Approvals & publishing.

Send for approval and the client sees the post exactly as LinkedIn will render it. One tap: approved, scheduled, published through the official API, while you're already on the next thing.

Analytics that stay current.

Every client's numbers, always current, no export day. Weekly reports get automatically drafted, and performance feeds straight back into what gets suggested next. The system gets sharper with every post it ships.

Ghostwriters with publyc serve each client in up to 80% less time, while increasing service quality.

Leon Sandner

Built by someone who ran this exact business.

I grew my own LinkedIn from 0 to 10,000+ followers in under three months, then scaled my LinkedIn content agency to six figures.

How did I do that? By automating and building systems, for myself and for my clients. The lesson from years of trial and error: you can't automate the human side. But you can automate everything around it, so humans get to do their best work.

That's what publyc is. The engine that ran my agency, rebuilt as an operating system for yours.

Leon Sandner, founder

Questions, answered.

You pay monthly per client, and only as long as that client stays with you. That works out at roughly five to fifteen percent of what you charge that client (depending on your specific setup). In return you save up to 80% of your time.

No setup fee, no minimum. We will align on the exact price in the demo.

No. It makes you better at the part you actually love.

You do this job for the creativity and the clients, not for the chasing, the formatting, and the onboarding admin. publyc takes that part off you, so your week goes into the craft. And that lifts the ceiling: what caps most ghostwriters at a handful of clients isn't their talent, it's the busywork around it. Remove it, and you grow on the thing only you can do.

They see your brand and nothing else. The assistant they text carries your name, your colors, your tone. Approval pages and monthly reports too.

We stay invisible on their side because the relationship is yours, not ours.

Yes. publyc publishes through LinkedIn's official API.

Nothing goes out through a browser extension or an automated session on your account, so your account, and your clients' accounts, are never put at risk.

Yes. We follow state-of-the-art data security best-practices.

publyc never asks for or stores a client's LinkedIn password. Clients connect directly through LinkedIn, publishing uses the official API, and connection credentials are encrypted.

Access to client material is restricted to the relevant agency workspace, while our core database and storage run in Frankfurt.

Transcripts, messages and other client material are processed only to provide the product; we do not sell them. Some specialist providers process limited data for AI, transcription, messaging and email.

We document those providers, retention periods and safeguards on our Privacy & Security page.

It leaves with you. Client context, drafts, published posts, analytics, all exportable in a format you can actually read, and you can cancel at the end of any month.

We'd rather lose someone cleanly than keep them by making the exit expensive.

A day, and we do that part with you. Your brand, your number, and the first client's context get set up together in one working session.

Then you add the rest at whatever pace suits you. Nobody hands you an empty workspace and a link to the documentation.

Building your own version is a road some people take, and we get the instinct.

Here's what that road competes with: years of full time building, by technical people who ran this exact business at the top of the market.

Every detail in publyc comes from real client work and months of refinement. We care about this product the way you care about your clients, and it gets better every single week. A weekend build has to keep up with all of that, forever, next to the work that actually pays you.

See it run on your business.
